Kushal Punjabi lost his life on Dec 26. The actor committed suicide and was said to be in depression. His friends and family were shocked with the step Kushal took and said that it is "unbelievable" for a person so positive and chirpy like him to surrender in this way.
We recently met Chhapaak actor, Vikrant Massey for an interview on his upcoming film, which also somewhere has an underlying message that you can overcome any situation if you are mentally strong.
During our chat, we asked Vikrant, what according to him is the best solution to combat such adverse emotions, which is when he mentioned about his good friend, Kushal Punjabi.
According to Vikrant, talking is the best way to fight it out. The actor emphasizes on the importance of communication at such times when you've hit rock bottom (Watch the video above).
Kushal Punjabi had left a suicide note, not blaming anyone for his death. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Dolhen and a son.
